How long Sagzzano keeps learning, audio, transcript, billing, and analytics records.

Practice history, score history, weak spots, review cards, and study plan data are kept while your account is active so the product can personalize training and show progress over time.
Speaking Lab is designed around transcript and score-report workflows. Browser microphone permission is required before recording. Raw audio should be treated as temporary processing data unless a future feature explicitly saves it with consent.
Subscription and invoice metadata may be kept as long as needed for billing, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, support, and legal compliance.
You can request deletion from Account Settings or by email. Some records may be retained if required for security, fraud prevention, billing compliance, or legal obligations.
Operational logs and backups may persist for a limited period after deletion from active systems. We minimize the data kept in logs and avoid storing unnecessary raw learning content where possible.
