How Sagzzano handles account data, learning data, essays, transcripts, microphone access, and billing metadata.

We collect account information, study profile settings, placement results, practice history, score history, usage events, subscription metadata, support messages, and content you submit for learning feedback such as essays, answers, transcripts, or chat messages.
Speaking Lab uses microphone access only after you grant browser permission and in-app consent. Audio may be processed to create transcripts and score reports. Sagzzano does not expose provider API keys to the browser for Speaking Lab.
Your submitted learning content may be sent to AI providers to generate feedback, scoring, explanations, practice questions, and study recommendations. We limit prompt size by feature and use server-side controls for sensitive provider credentials.
Payments are processed by billing providers such as Lemon Squeezy. Sagzzano stores subscription status, plan name, renewal dates, customer identifiers, invoice metadata, and billing portal links when available.
You can export your visible account data in Account Settings, adjust notification preferences, revoke microphone consent locally, request account deletion, and contact support for privacy requests.
