This page explains what information Sagzzano Academy collects, how it is used, and how users can contact us about privacy questions.
We may collect account information such as name, email address, selected exam, target score, onboarding answers, practice history, writing submissions, speaking session metadata, mock test results, vocabulary activity, and subscription status.
We also use analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand aggregate product usage and improve the website. Payment data is handled by payment processors; Sagzzano does not store full card numbers.
We use data to provide the product, personalize study plans, save progress, score practice work, troubleshoot errors, prevent abuse, process subscriptions, and improve Sagzzano Academy.
You can contact us to request help with account data, access, correction, or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for billing, security, or legal reasons.
